The so sweet Black orchid
Black Orchid is the last foal to be born at Modello in 2010.
This filly of show quality is Smokey black, just like her parents; she will therefore produce diluted colors.
Black Orchid’s size as an adult will be approximately 30 - 30,50 inches.
She is extremely well balanced. One can easily see her quality on photographs.
One only needs to look at her neck, at her head and at her ultra short back. She has the neck and head of her father Phantom who passes on only exceptional necks! And very often very typical Arabian like heads.
Black Orchid’s bloodline is Buckeroo through his son Phantom.
Phantom also came straight in the AMHA legend through the many foals that he produced and who, in their grand majority, have all become stars of the European shows with titles of “Supreme Champion”, “Reserve Supreme Champion”, “Grand Champion” and 2009 and 2010 "Europeen Champion". Not to mention the “Get of Sire” title almost always won for the last years by Phantom.
Black Orchid is also Top Banana through her lovely and delicate mother, Sami’s U Tiny Trinquet, who is a daughter of Kid Banana and a grand-daughter of the fantastic Top Banana.
